If you have decided to set up or purchase an existing clinic then this is an exciting and defining moment in your career.  Having said that, doing business on a much larger scale involves greater complexity and requires extensive business & tax planning.  We are here to help and guide you on this exciting journey!

Although we provide Fixed Pricing Packages for sole practitioners, we cannot do the same for clinics.

Our fees for clinics vary depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to:

• Size of the clinic

• Number of employees, contractors and owners

• Structure of the business (e.g. company, trust or partnership)

• Whether a service entity is set up

• Complexity of issues

• Annual turnover

The factors outlined above will determine the scope of work to be performed and fees will vary from clinic to clinic. Once the scope of work to be performed has been ascertained, we will be in a position to present your clinic with a fee proposal.
