PRICING
At HTA, we understand how frustrating it can be when an accountant sends you a bill containing unexpected fees. Our fees are transparent, competitive and we aim to provide fixed fee quotes where possible to provide you certainty.
In determining fees, we will undertake the following steps:
Step 1: Initial Assessment
Our first step is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your financial circumstances to identify the services you require. This usually involves a free 30 minute consultation.
Step 2: Fees
Based on our initial assessment, we may provide you a fixed fee quote for particular services.
Where a fixed fee quote is provided, fees will apply for the financial year. If during the financial year there is a change in circumstances (e.g. increase in scope and complexity), we will be required to re-negotiate our fixed fees. Fixed fee quotes are subject to annual review and generally increase by 5% each financial year.
More often than not, our fee structure is a combination of a fixed fee and hourly rate arrangement.
Step 3: Engagement Letter
We will issue you with a formal Engagement Letter to review & sign. An Engagement Letter is a formal document outlining the scope of work to be performed, our fees, our responsibilities, your responsibilities and our terms and conditions of business.
